This dish is a little different to the way my friend taught me to make it. I can add tips later possibly. It is a very worthwhile dish. Baked Spare Ribs and SauerkrautYield:1 servings Category:Penndutch, Pork/ham -spare ribs - -sauerkraut - 2 c Flour - 1 Egg, beaten - 1 ts Baking powder - 1 c Milk - DIRECTIONS Cut spare ribs into portions and place in the bottom of a roasting pan. Add the sauerkraut, cover the pan and bake at 350-F for 1-1/2 hours. Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk and egg. Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut.
