" LOW FAT ICE CREAM 2 tbsp gelatine, 2 cups cold water, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1½ cups skim milk powder Soften gelatine in a little water. Heat remainder of water and stir in sugar and gelatine. Cool. Beat in milk powder. Pour into a tray and freeze. Beat again slowly, then on high. Beat for 10 minutes.
