This weekend we celebrate Queen Elizabeth IIs birthday. Her actual birthday is in April I think.
We get a day off on Monday and in our State I think it is the official start to the Snow Season. Where I grew up this meant a constant stream of cars along the "Snow Road".
There are a few ski racks on cars in the street where I live going towards the shops.

You guys are a great help to me lol. tinyurl.com/hn63den.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen's_Birthday this article explains alot!! Last night I was woken about 1:30a.m. with flickering lights outside my window, it was nothing I had experienced before. It was fireworks outside my house! Well in this town, they must know how to celebrate! I have been here two years.
