Does the other house have a lovely view, too?
I was thinking that if you took a few pics of the best views around where you live now, you could try blowing them up (on the computer) to see how they look. The best one could be made into one of those lovely printed-on-canvas pictures to hang in the house (either one!) so that you have a permanent view.
