If you could meet any character from the bible, and spend the day with them...who would it be and why? ? For me the obvious answer would be Jesus of course, how neat it would be to be at his feet and hear him teaching...like one of his disciples! But other than the obvious, if we pick someone other than our Lord.... I'd love to meet: ~Solomon....wouldn't it be neat to spend time with someone the bible calls the wisest man in the world? God gave him wisdom like no other man had! It would be neat to shadow Solomon for a day and just absorb the things he said when he met the great kings of the earth who came to him seeking advice!!! How about you?

Like you said, Jesus, of course, would be a given for me.
Hmm.....kinda tough, but I think it would be Luke, the physician. Why? Well, historically, he gives a more detailed account than the other gospels, but I would love to know how it felt to walk and talk and dine with Jesus on a daily basis. And how amazing to be a dr, and see people healed right in front of your eyes.
Great question, Tammie.

OK-- Jesus is the obvious answer . . . .
Otherwise, . . . . hmmm. . so many I'd love to meet. Mary- mother of Jesus; Mary Magdelene ( she was one amazing woman); Lazerous--- I'd like to hear his account of being raised from the dead;

Ooooh, love reading the answers to this question, thanks for sharing your thoughts gals. Glad I wouldn't be the only one having a hard time picking out just one person to meet. Luke, now that would be great, talking to a physician who had wittnessed all of the healings and miracles Jesus performed...and Lazarus...great one, never thought of that! Just to ask him what was it like to be in heaven, and then called back here! wow!

I know this is an old topic but I have to answer. I agree the obvious answer is the Lord but human being wise I'd like to meet and be taught by the apostle Paul.
