Here is this week's menu at our house.
Monday --- Chicken legs/thighs with Shake 'N Bake coating, mashed potatoes, salad
Tuesday --- Chicken Fingers, Rice, Salad
Wednesday --- Spaghetti
Thursday --- Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Peas, Salad
Friday --- something out (usually take the dc after meeting with the homeschooling group)
Weekends are usually whatever. Our local grocery store has an excellent cooked chicken deal (cheaper than what I could buy it all for and cook it myself), so quite often after church on Sunday we stop and bring one of these deals home.
