A couple of days ago I did a menu based on a ham I thought we had in our freezer. Our freezer was full at one point and not working well, so I couldn't look in there properly. It turned out to be a rolled loin of pork. I bought it didn't I? Well, it came in Castle or Chrisco or Hamper King. However, this is a start. January 1 ~ Roast Pork, potatoes, onions, gravy & peas (yes it is a little too hot for it) January 2 ~ Left over pork & vegies or salad January 3 ~ Broccoli & Bacon Pasta Bake January 4 ~ Farmhouse Hotpot January 5 ~ Bacon & Pumpkin Pesto Pasta January 6 ~ Spicy Pumpkin & Beans (kidney) January 7 ~ Tacos January 8 ~ Chicken Curry January 9 ~ Burritos January 10 ~ Chili Borlotti Bean Pasta January 11 ~ Tomato Curry Sausages January 12 ~ Indian Spiced Beans January 13 ~ Saffron Chicken & Silverbeet RisottoJanuary 14 ~ Spaghetti Bolognaise made with tomato soup January 15 ~ Lasagne (someone brought it over) January 16 ~ We had left overs etc. January 17 ~ January 18 ~ Hot Dogs January 19 ~ Lentil & Kumara Soup
