February 3 ~ Penne, potatoes, rocket & pesto
February 4 ~ Spicy Pumpkin & Beans
February 5 ~ Left over penne, potatoes, rocket & pesto with added butter fried zucchini
February 6 ~ Fish fingers with cheats frozen roast vegetables
February 7 ~ Party pies etc.
February 8 ~ Vegie Patties
February 9 ~ Egg & Bacon Salad
February 10 ~ Singapore-styled fried rice
February 11 ~ Pumpkin & Chorizo Pilaf

February 16 ~ Pumpkin & Red Lentil Curry
The meals to this point still came from preshopped foods, we only shop once a fortnight. Maybe one or two things came from the store. I had a sore back that fortnight and was often running late with what we had for tea some nights.
