I had some things worked out after shopping day last Thursday. I will have to go through it again because I have forgotten.

Usually when I work out roughly what I want to buy I jot down the dish's name as well. Have no idea what happened. Looking in my recipe folder it seems I wanted to make a pumpkin lasagne.
November 3 ~ Pork and Boc Choy Stir Fry
November 4 ~ Chicken Souvlaki
November 5 ~ Pumpkin & Cashew Lasagne
November 6 ~ Meat Loaf and Tomato Sugo
November 7 ~ Homemade Pastizzi

My trip to the local shop was good. They had lots of nice things. As sometimes happens they didn't have some of the ingredients I needed for my menu.
So for the moment I have made substitutions to Nov. 10, 14 & 22.
I did also have souvlaki instead of stir fry chicken, I always support the shop stocking souvlaki bread.
My afterschool snacks include pita bread, tomato paste and shredded ham and mushrooms for my daughter who likes to make her own pizzas.
Heaps of fruit that arrives on Tuesday.
Lunchbox snacks: fruit and nut readymade packages
Plus sliced cheese so dd9 can make her own lunch.
