Mmmm...can we come over to your house for dinner, Br?!
Tonight I am cooking chickpea burgers, from a recipe courtesy of Br. We will have them with salad of some sort, also chevap sausages that the boys like, and some rice or bread or rolls to fill their tummies.
As for the rest of the week...

Tonight is souvlaki our favourite.
I haven't tasted those sausages before.

Souvlaki's a favorite here, too! As for the chevaps, they are like fingers of seasoned minced meat. The ones I buy are very spicy, and are popular with the boys here. I don't like the texture of them much, but they sure do.

OK. We sometimes do the ones with lamb but there is no lamb here so they might turn out more like yours. I just remembered they are called koftas.

Ooh, yum, I love koftas, haven't done them in ages. The chevaps are like that, but the bought ones are somehow tougher on the outside, not sure why. The boys like the black pepper ones, they must have a good bit of chilli in them too because they're quite hot and spicy.
