This comes from a list to get the fat balance right, my husband needs to watch cholesterol a little. www.heartfoundation.com.au1. Include fish in at least two meals a week. 2. Don't eat fatty meats such as sausages and deli meats more than once a week 3. Don't have pies, burgers or creamy pasta more than once a week 4. Have potato or corn chips once a week or less.
