Ephesians 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. (NIV)
Life in the fast lane. That's how many of us live today. We are so busy that we forget and don't take the time to reflect on the good things we have. Sure life is busy and sometimes tough (ask one who knows) but there is a lot to be thankful for. Remember those things. Reflect on those things.
Counting my Blessings!
Today, I am thankful... ~ for my family and friends, and our perseverance to be in relationship even through hard times.
~ for the countless opportunities given to me in life, but more specifically for opportunity for fellowship and being encouraged by others.
I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. —Psalm 9:1

Today I am very thankful for:
~ Where do I start counting my blessings ... for they are new every morning? Lamentations 3: 22,23 says: "Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness".
~ A God who loves, cares, watches over me and my loved 'one'. His promises are sure and true!
~ I thank God for a bright sunny Day! And I am enjoying it with my 'loved' one!

My blessings for Wednesday are:
We were able to buy some meat at a different supermarket. We just love Italian sausages, so it will be a nice change. Each of our supermarkets have different meats standard. It was nice to be able to access the one with the sausages in it. Hubby also got some different things that we haven't tasted like Breakfast Sausages and Lamb Sausages. It is nice to have something different to brighten up our winter.
I went with our 11 year old daughter to get some money so she could buy some sequins for a school project. She and her friend got an outfit from the op-shop, so she has that sewing project organised now and it looks nice so far. I dropped in at the supermarket to see about sauerkraut. Hubby had been there yesterday and couldn't find the sauerkraut in bags. There is a new one by a company that also makes jars of spinach. That is something novel. It was a blessing to me because I really enjoy seeing things like that. Anything that is interesting to make quick meals. I don't think I will use the spinach but I still think it is great.

Today I am thankful for: ~ a wonderful day in every way! ~ and above all ... the peace of God! COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS If you woke up this morning with more health than illness you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week. If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation you are ahead of 500 million people in the world. If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death you are more blessed than three billion people in the world. If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish someplace you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy. If your parents are still alive and still married you are very rare, even in the United States and Canada. If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you, and furthermore, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world that cannot read at all.
