Beautiful storage: www.shimu.co.uk/antique_trunks_and_chests.cfm?SectionId=7&ThumbID=7I always wanted a very plain one of these, to help take the pressure off clothes storage. Heavy clothes could go in a beautiful camphor wood chest in summer, to be stored until it gets cold again. Clothes that are temporarily out of fashion could be kept in there too.

Violet you really got me to thinking this morning about this. I am trying at the moment to reduce the ugly plastic bags with spare clothes thing. I know they would fit in the wardrobe, but dh doesn't agree. They were there in the first place, but I could be wrong, I guess the kids have grown.

It's a battle to keep it all tidy, isn't it? At least the chests look nice, and I believe that the camphor keeps bugs away.
