Ok, they're all not my cup of tea, but there are some authors who are considered very important in this list. There's one by Helen Garner, who I think writes with great awareness and sensitivity, in the list so they can't be all bad!

Many of the books are Australian, and I note that some are about Australians at war.

I hope it is the same thing. Very interesting books. Not sure how many I would read, but they would be worth a look, and great to see the covers etc.
