That is a nice site Michelle. So it is for using cake mixes commonly found on the grocery shelves there to make other cakes, for variation?
This one is good.
"Orange Pumpkin Cake Cake 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix 3 egg whites 1 1/4 cups canned plain pumpkin 1 cup orange juice 1/3 cup sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Glaze 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all the cake ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
Mix confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add water, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches desired consistency and drizzle over cake. Cool."

When they say bundt pan do they mean angelfood cake bundt pan? Or just what we call a ring tin?

That is a gorgeous tin. The centre looks fairly wide like our rather plain ones, thanks Michelle.
It is higher though I think. I guess I could try it in the normal ring pan, and if it doesn't work try the angelfood cake one. There would be more batter with those cakes so maybe I could try both at once.

My dream come true would be to wake up in a Wilton store I think.
