We saw these in a local shop, and so I searched to try and find them cheaper, but no luck. They're the best idea, and look wonderful in person:

I love how they're stored, and that they're color coded (with pics on each tab).

The supermarket had some paper thin things that were supposed to be good cutting boards, but they curl at the edges, which is not great.
