Barm Brack (Classic Scottish Tea Cake)Soak overnight: 1 ½ cups strong black tea 1 cup brown sugar 2 ½ cups mixed dried fruit Add: 1 egg 2 ¼ cups self raising flour Bake in 20 cm round tin or loaf tin lined with baking paper at 180º for 1 ½ hour.
