On the weekend I was happy to see mine just starting to put the leaves up. They are great aren't they?

And my veggie plants grown from seed. They're huge, and we're going to re-pot either tonight or tomorrow:

The flowers are lovely too. I love those kinds of daffodils. When I was a teenager I visited a house of a lady who had collected daffs and she had those, lovely.

Wow Chelle they are so pretty! So far all I have seen in our garden is a crocus or two and the green part of our tiger lillies... LOL

Thanks! I'm really interested in gardening this year. Usually I want to reap the rewards of a veggie garden but don't want to do the work for it. This year, I am so excited about building a raised bed garden (we're doing that this weekend ;D) and growing lots of veggies so we don't need to buy them at the grocery store. It should save a lot of money, and the kids (especially Lauren) love vegetables. I've been excited to landscape our yard this year and really give it some "curb appeal".

On the weekend I was happy to see mine just starting to put the leaves up. They are great aren't they? The tulips I have pictured below have a really neat "wavy" or "ruffled" leaf. I've never seen them like that before. Must be the variety of tulip
