Mocha Brownies

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. instant coffee crystals, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
3 eggs
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1 tsp. water
1 - ( 16 ounce ) can vanilla frosting
chocolate sprinkles
Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together sugar, butter and coffee
crystals in water.
Add eggs; beat with spoon just until combined.
In small mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Gradually stir flour mixture into egg mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in a 350 degreee oven for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
For frosting:
Stir together 1 tsp. coffee crystals and 1 tsp. water until dissolved;
stir in vanilla frosting.
Spread frosting over brownies; top with chocolate sprinkles.
Makes 24 brownies.
