I prefer using aida cloth. It is easier on the eyes and I think the finished project looks neater. For me the linen cloth is nice but when you see the finished project alot of times you can see through to the back side and see alot of the scraggly threads where the aida hides it better. That is just my opinion though so no offense meant by it. I am sure there are others who prefer linen.  |

I remember when I first saw aida, it was about 13 years ago when my eldest daughter was born I think, or thereabouts. I thought it was very pretty.
