I have a friend who, along with her mother, is a brilliant cross-stitcher and knitter. They sew evenly, neatly, exquisitely. Both of them have completed ladies similar to the ones you posted, rosebee, and they are beautiful. One of them is now framed, it's quite large (bigger than a computer monitor) and depicts a lady in white, flowing robes, with beaded accents. It's a real work of art.
