Oh I love it Melody, Thank you for sharing with us. My stlye of decorating to a T! Now if I could only convince my guys that it's alright and real people do decorate like this!

I love it Melody! My guys would flip out though...they don not do "frou frou" but I would just love it!!! I have always told them that when they move out I am going to have a "girly" room all to myself full of lace, china and overstuffed comfortable chairs. Jeff's only comment was to please not make our bedroom that way and no flowered couches in the living room. Men!!!!  |

LOL Debbie, when my dh was deployed last time I painted our bedroom lavender. If I had asked him, he would have said "no way" but I just did it. After his initial shock, he grew to like the look of it. I just told him that all he does is sleep and (well, um, you know) in there so I should get to make it how I like it. Plus I threw in the fact that he is gone all the time so he really doesn't have to look at it that much.  Needless to say, I won. Its still lavender lol |
