Would you believe that I can now buy gluten-free plain and self-raising flour made from our local supermarket? Probably twice the price of the recipe you've posted, Br, but at least it's available.

I saw one in the supermarket, but I couldn't believe it was true. Tried it, it tasted good. Of course, it is not very clear whether they are really gluten-free. Better to try at a pizza place or make at home.
