I have just finished a Mitford like book A Town Called Ruby Prairie by Annette Smith. I actually liked it better than the Mitford series and look forward to reading the other two books my library has.

The second one was not such a gentle read, but OK.
I had a nice time yesterday looking through my library's Christian fiction, particularly historical and I was able to put some more books into my list. It was getting a bit empty.

I am still pretending to read a non-fiction book which is hard going as it's a few years old and both the language and some of the references are tricky.
Apart from that I seem to be reading only cookbooks.
