Have you started decorating for Christmas? When do you usually put up your tree? I generally do mine the weekend after Thanksgiving.

We don't have the problem with Thanksgiving here, ours is in May.
We have some pooh bear lights on the mantle, but in Dec. we will turn on the lights outside.

I just put up some inside decorations today ............ I expect we will get the outside lights up by the first of Dec. I love Christmas and decorating so I like to get started early. Got the tree up today but, not decorated yet. Now that we have a smaller house than before, I have to pick and choose what goes up cause just not enough room anymore!

Not yet. Well I do have my lights hung outside but they aren't working o Don has to check them. I have my lighted bowls and my lighted wreath out but that's about it.

I hung the wreath on the front door this morning......and I did get some of the musical globes set out. I think, this year, I am going to do something different for the top of the entertainment center. I hope to get the outside done this weekend. That will mean lights, flags, backdoor wreath, and reindeer for the front yard.
I still don't have my tree up. Maybe on Sunday.....we'll see.

We generally put ours up the first weekend of December, but we're waiting until Dec. 17th this year. Doug wants to help put it all up, and he comes home late on the 16th.

I put wreaths in all the windows yesterday. Today dh and I put up all the outside garlands, bows and lights. I decorated the entertainment center with all my primitive and homemade trees. Going to do the end tables and dining room table centerpiece tomorrow if I get a change. Tree won't go up until I get the carpet cleaned this weekend.
