br the pictures won't load for me, but I have garden flags and if these are the same thing, I just display mine on a stand in the garden. I have a flag for each month and one for special occasions. When I lived in the larger home I had a big size, now I have the smaller version.

I think, like most any garden decor it adds a touch of celebration or whimsy.
