We remove the gum behind stickers with eucalyptus oil, it works very well.
Anyone tried it?

no, didn't know that would work but thanks. I have that oil here. I buy goo gone but it is pricey....I love to use oils in my mopping also

No, I usually use WD-40 or rubbing alcohol, pending the surface.

I think we call rubbing alcohol Metholated Spirits in Australia.

Sort of, yes, BR. Yours is a mix of ispropyl (the chemical name for rubbing alc.) and yours also has something else in ti tho I can't remember what it's called!

I also heard that Avon's Skin So Soft bath oil can also remove this.

I bought this stuff called Un-do...It works really well and you can reuse the stickers
