Unable to log in?

I have had a problem logging in on internet explorer for some time. I will tell you how I fixed it, in case it ever happens to you.

Firstly, use Firefox in the meantime.

"Try clearing your cache, reboot modem and restart computer. That normally sorts the problem.

*Also make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed and that the date and time are correct on your computer."

* I didn't have to do this part. Having an internal modem I didn't have to do that part either.


I deleted temp. internet files, cookies, form data, and passwords.

This is how it was done.

Logged out of IE

Click tools

Select - deleting browsing history (top)
deleted files temp internet cookies
left - history
form data
passwords.

On a laptop, with large pictures at the bottom, you may have to scroll down to see the place to type in your username and password.
