Bathroom cabinets & medicine cabinets this includes the linen closets or where ever you keep your towels.
I have one large cabinet above my tub that houses all the "extras". Three under thse sink. 4 drawers and two midicine cabintes and a vanity that lifts fron the counter top.
If you can't part with anything then at least lets get it straight so we can open up the door(s) and look to see what we need to replenish / restock.
Toss out any /all make up that is 6 months old or older! They harbor bacteria that can lead to eye infections and clogged pores.
Soak all your hair brushes, combs etc... I use a mixture of peroxide and baking soda soak for 30 minutes then rise well with hot water, and let air dry.
Gather all your nail stuffs, toss out old polishes. Restock your cotton ball holder, and sterilize all your empliments, nail clippers, orange sticks (mine is metal), files, heel rasps, etc... For my metal ones, I soak in alcohol for an hour or more and let air dry.
Toss old emery boards. If you've had some items for a while, and they are looking on the grungy side, let's toss those and pamper ourselves with new ones.
Your loofa's, back brushes and poofs, also need to be cleaned. If you can wash them in the machine I say go for it use HOT water and a bit of clorax to kill any germs that are in there. Too old? toss 'em and get new ones. I toss mine after 2 months. I have a pattern to make them somewhere and will post it as soon as I find it.
Lotions? If you are like me you have several kinds of lotion. IF they are near empty why not combine them into one decorative lotion dispenser?
Let's get cleaning ladies!!
