I'm finding that I don't have the time I need for a full fall cleaning so I've decided to fall clean one room at a time - no matter how many days it may take. LOL Last Friday I did Ryan's room and bathroom. Took all day! Moved anything that even remotely looked like a toy to the basement playroom. Took out 4 large bags of assorted trash - mostly paper junk. Mopped, scrubbed and polished it all and redid her closet with baskets to organize all her little papers and junk in. I hated letting her back in the room it was so clean. LOL

Saturday I got the breakfast nook and dining room done but they were easy to do.

Not sure which one will be next but it will be a few days away - I need rest.

Grab the day and run with it!

Wow, good for you Pat. One room at a time. Soon your entire home will be sparkling and decluttered. I know that is such a great feeling. We plan to fall clean together here when I get motivated to start the thread..LOL so you will be ahead of us. Perhaps you can give us some pointers..

Pat you are motivating me this morning. Today is Shane's first day of school and I will appreciate the peacefulness of the day. I think I will do the diningroom. I have builtins and there are drawers and cupboards there. I MUST begin to thin down and prepare for the move. Today is a good day to start, thanks for the motivation.
