Like I said in the daily thread...I am decluttered my room. It's hard for me, but I came to accept I *have to* do it....our house is filled with too much stuff and I haven't sold everything at my garage sale so I can't just save it all for next year. I gave 3 bags of clothes at church yesterday and 2 boxes of things. I still need to give more, though. We need more space in this house so we can breath, move, live.....kwim?.....

Yes I do. We have been married 21 years and dh had a house full of things from his first marriage and children. A generation has gone past. We are getting better at it, although the things are also getting junkier here too I think.

Well, I was able to fill 2 more big garbage bags of clothes and things we don't use anymore. Plus a box of stuff. I'm sure Pierre is wonderign what is wrong with me. lol Actually I know this is making him very happy. He has been so patient with me and letting me keep all this stuff...but now our bedroom was just no longer a bedroom....so I'm getting there.  |
