Well for this week at least.
Last night we were running late making tea (dinner) and while that was happening I tackled the babies clothes that are in garbage bags because we only have one built in wardrobe here.
I went through two large garden garbage bags and one left the house this morning to the op-shop. It has taken me awhile to get my head around this.
I took out the shabby/cheap stuff and the things that are getting on in years. Maybe I should post this in the large family section?
Has anything left your home this month?

I took a huge garden garbage bag to the op-shop today. My dd was home from school and we did it while our little girl was at preschool. However, we brought alot of stuff home as well. Hopefully useful things.

That's good Linda! I'm also trying to get rid of some clothes we don't wear anymore and I am slowly putting in boxes all the toys Patrick doesn't play with. Some I will give, soem I will save for our garage sale, next spring.

We had a huge yard sale here last weekend. I donated to the Women's Abuse shelter before I left my last home and also gave some things to my dd and granddaughter and to my church.

Lucie I haven't started the toys yet. I have a trunk to do first, I think it has more babies stuff in it.

Oh don't you find that giving away baby stuff is hard...especially the baby clothes?.... I gave some away many years ago to a friend and I still ache when I think of the little outfits I had sewn for them...but I did keep a few a memory. I also saved all the crocheted and knitted things my mil did for our babies.

I have this hugest garden sized garbage full out the front ready to go in the morning. Hope it gets there. I have spent today going through the trunk. It is not empty though.
I have my ggrandma's crochet in there, I'm not sure I should have inherited it. Maybe when A. goes to school I can try to laundry them and take them to the framers, a long drive, but it would be worth it.
The trunk has to go out of my room, not enough air circulation.
