Next year I will NOT over plant .....I don't know what we were thinking.....I am only planting two tomato plants and a zuchinni plant next spring.....We have given so much away, and everyone is sick of zuchinni ...I don't really like the cucumbers we planted, they have a strange taste and texture ...I am praying the tomatoes do well , they are loaded with green tomatoes

Hi Jayne. Yes, I don't think you need many zucchini plants usually. I guess you could pick them small, they tend to be smaller and smaller in the shops here. Cucumbers can do that sometimes.

My favourite zucchini is salted down in a colander for an hour, and sauted in butter over large pasta tubes with parmesan, I could eat heaps of that!!
