What a day for me to read this. I spent four hours on the phone with my sister today - two hours in normal conversation, two hours trying to do a ten-minute job - I hadn't realized how computer illiterate she is! :-) Finally got it sorted, but it took up more time than I had planned, and I had to come to work right after.
