I am pretty sure I remember my Mum saying her brother was going to give her some seeds. Apparently it is good to grow. I am still stuck in the 1960s vegetables lol. I found this great simple recipe, I think it is the Castlemaine or KR website. Speedy Fried RiceServes 4 Makes 4 Prep Time 0 minutes Cooking time 0 minutes You Will Need 0.75 cup cup frozen peas 2 baby bok choy, roughly chopped 4 spring onions, chopped 1 x 150g can prawns, drained 2 tblsp soy sauce 1.5 cup long grain rice 1 tblsp vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 250 g KR Castlemaine Rindless Style Bacon Pieces 1 carrot, sliced 1 small red capsicum, diced Method 1. Cook rice in boiling water for 10 minutes, until just cooked. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick frypan and saute garlic, KR Castlemaine Rindless Style Bacon Pieces, carrot, red capsicum and peas. Stir over a medium high heat for 5 minutes. 3. Add bok choy, spring onions, prawns and soy sauce, heat for 2 minutes. 4. Drain rice and rinse well with hot water. Add to the frypan and gently stir in. Remove from heat and serve. From: svc185.wic006v.server-web.com/lunch_details.cfm?rec_id=12We sometimes have bok choy in the fridge when we didn't quite use it.
