Wife Swap???

I have never watched this before and last night while I was working on some crafts, it came on and I thought.... Ok, I'll just see what this is all about!

OMG!! Some people are just so rude and LAZY!! One family has a huge home in RI and the other has a modest home in VA, the huge house family is so LAZY and wasteful, expecting the wife/ mom to wait on them hand and foot!
The modest house wife/mom is a Hippie in every sence of the word. they live off the land and what others toss out.

I guess the thing that got me was how the "rich" mom tried to CHANGE the thinking of the other family! by criticising their ways (using less, chemical free, homeschooling etc...) I must admit though the modest family does need to wash their hair more often and clean up a bit more (for health reasons)

I watched that a couple times. It is funny but your right, the people can get rude. Guess reality tv has hit an all time....low.

I watched once or twice and I was shocked to see the rudeness like you said. I couldn't beleive people actually *want* others to see them acting this way in front on millions of people....!

Well, I guess once again, I am the oddball. We actually enjoyed this once we got past the title of the show. I was a little put off by it at first, but it was pretty interesting to me.

Your not an oddball Lynn. :-) It is interesting to me that when the couple meet at the end they actually are able to admit for the most part that they make mistakes and can improve their parenting and spousing !!!
