#3 in the Love Comes Softly pioneer series. "Love's Long Journey". If you are a Janette Oke fan (I am!!)you are surely familiar with her pioneer books. These feed that "pioneer" need I seem to have. Books 1 and 2 have already been made into movies and here comes #3. I am so excited! These are beautiful Christian movies/books.....I got my popcorn and coke ready! Saturday night 9 p.m. Hallmark Channel

From www.hallmarkchannel.comThe journey continues for Missie and her husband Willie LaHaye as they move westward to start a homestead in the third installment of the Gabriel Award-winning – and wildly popular -- “Love Comes Softly” series by Janette Oke. Embarking on their new life together, Missie and Willie follow wagons west stopping to set up a homestead, and set down roots, in Tettsford Junction. Willie assembles a group of misfit ranch hands to help him, while the pregnant Missie befriends their Native American neighbors. Through correspondence from Missie’s father, Missie and Willie stay connected to the family they have left behind. Stepping out on faith, the young husband and wife set their sights on dreams far away, and find family in the most unlikely of places. Stars: Erin Cottrell and Dale Midkiff
