Soaps?

Yeah, I know...I can't help it...I watch them almost every day. I do other things at the same time, but I do watch them.
So, does anyone else watch them? If so, which ones?
I watch Days, OLTL, and sometimes GH (though that one is rare because the girls are home by that time)

Ummm no I don't watch them and haven't in about 30 years. Our TV is rarely on in the day time unless it is a weekend and Jack is watching NASCAR or football.  |

Nope used to watch them about 30 some years ago. Can't stand them now..Waste of time if you ask me..IMHO

I love days. However, what happened in Australia was that we were 3 years behind, and they caught us up in a big rush, and I haven't watched it since, they also have mucked up the traditional time it was on. I am sure I would feel calmer if I went back to my routine of watching it after lunch.

Nada. I'm with Cara....I can't stand them either and would have to agree they are a waste of time.

I think it good when you have a young family to watch a soap in the afternoon, it is kind of like a complete break.

My mom still watches them faithfully (the ones on CBS) and even dad watches some too now! ROFL

I have watched soaps since I was a little girl!!!...I have watched everything from Dark Shadows to Passions....Right now I only watch Days...I like being able to escape into these mixed up ridiculous lives!!!

I used to watch GH when I was in last year as a x-ray tech. student. I used to love it! And I watched it until I had my first son, François....when I noticed he was aware of what was on tv, I didn't want him to hear the drama that happened...kwim? But I did enjoy it when I watched it. Now I rather watch detective, investigation shows with Pierre. |
