I've just finished:
The Shop On Blossom Street A Good Yarn
both by Debbie Macomber. They were good.
Now I am reading Circle of Quilters by Jennifer Chiaverini. Pretty good so far.
Is Red by Ted Dekker? I think I've read that one.

I am reading "Plain Truth" by Jodi Picoult, and I have the next in the Abram's daugthers series by Beverly Lewis waiting for me at the library. I love to read; I just have a hard time finding time to do so

Those Anne of Green Gables books are my very favorites, Tammie. My parents bought me a boxed gift set when I was a teenager. I was hooked! I still have them all and won't loan them out. I consider them valuable works of literary art! LOL. I also loved Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm and Caddie Woodlawn. They rank right up there with Little House to me.
I finished The Circle of Quilters; very good read.

I bought Anne Of Green Gables last week secondhand, I couldn't just leave it there lol. I went back for it.
Is it the first in the series? I have been too scared to start it, haven't actually read them before but I have a vague idea from watching it.

I went back to the library yesterday and discovered there are several books in this quilting series by Jennifer Chiaverini that I've been reading. I checked out 3 more. Really good reading.

My selection has been rather eclectic so far -
"Too Soon Old, Too Late Smart" by Dr. Gordon Livingstone - really interesting, a book about the lessons of life as he's learned them from his work as a psychiatrist
"The Longevity Diet" by Brian Delaney and Lisa Wolford - calorie restricted eating, only good, clean food - can't see myself managing to do it!
"The Closers" by Michael Connelly - great read, a police procedural belonging to my son
Another police procedural/murder mystery by P. D. James
"The Complete Jackie French" by Jackie French - gardening, and a great read
