The library rang today and said I had books waiting, wow.
For me there was Shaker Run by Karen Harper.
Please add your reading for July.

I'm still reading The Abrams' Daughters series by Beverly Lewis. I have this horrible habit of reading until I finish a book once I start it. If it weren't for taking care of the kids throughout the day, I would read it from cover to cover in one day

Which is also the reason you don't see me post in this forum. LOL

But isn't it great when you reach the end, Michelle!
I'm reading a Permaculture Book (well, I will be, I've just picked it up from the library) by David Holmgren, and another P.D. James murder mystery (we've all got ONE vice, right?) jumped off the shelf at me while I was at the library, so will be reading that too.

Absolutely violet (yikes...when I just typed "violet", I typed "violent" first! ) Anyway, I try to pace my reading because once I start reading, nothing can tear me away (well, except for the kids--can't ignore them! )

Me too Michelle! I just get lost..... Here's my *partial* (wink wink ) list: The South Beach Diet The Master Quilter Round Robin I've been reading thru the Bible also. Exodus, Psalms and Proverbs is where I'm at currently. Violet, John Gresham's books are like that for me. Sometimes ya' just gotta'.....

Was that some kind of subconscious slip, Michelle??? Lol!
I'm eagerly awaiting a book to arrive at the library for me. It's called "Still life with chickens" by someone whose name I've forgotten. She's an American, and has written an "often humorous tale" of her life as a newly single Mom. It sounds very warm and funny.
