I was struggling with material to read for October, now it is November, wow.
I actually found a couple of books to read.
They are new authors to me, so fingers crossed.
Land of my Heart by Tracie Peterson
The Store Keepers Daughter by Brunstetter, Wanda E.

Until they arrive at the library I am reading Crossing Over by Ruth Irene Garrett.

Crossing Over was interesting to learn a little about different cultures. I have with me now The Coming Storm by Tracie Peterson as well.

I really enjoyed " The Storekeeper's Daughter". Unfortunately the second book is not available at the library. I think I might buy it later on in the week. It is a nice Amish story. It is not above awful things happening, which may not appeal to people with large families like the ones in the story.

I ended up buying The Quilter's Daughter, the second book. It was really good. I expected the story to wind up there and have a happy ending. I found out that there is a third book which I have ordered The Bishop's Daughter. Don't read the Amazon review for that it will spoil the ending for you, I know it did me.
