I am not sure if I have posted my recipe for Green Tomato Pickles. I have made Fried Green Tomatoes, my husband loved them and I could find the recipe. However, I did find this casserole recipe, it is similar to what my Mum made with ripe tomatoes and I loved it. Aunt Rose's Famous Green Tomato Casserole "Rainbow Cooks" 3 large green tomatoes, skin on 1 large yellow onion Bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice tomatoes and onion. Grease a 1- or 2-quart casserole. Layer tomatoes and onions. Salt and pepper each layer. Cover with a thin layer of crumbs. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 30-45 minutes. Serves 4. Author: Rainbow Whole Foods Cooperative Grocery From: tinyurl.com/r2rxl Post your green tomato recipes!

We love fried green tomatoes as well, BR.
There was a movie titled that, very popular here a few years ago. Was filmed just up the road from us.
