Tricky Kids is a book by psychologist Andrew Fuller. He states that there are two types of kids - easy and tricky. He gives examples of the types of tricky kids, and provides information on dealing with them. There is a supplement at the back to help teachers deal more effectively with them too.
I like the way he doesn't paint these difficult souls as being bad in some way, but does point out how and why they need guidance to achieve their best.
An easy read, and terrific for anyone with a child who is a little tricky.
