Another great book for women over 40. This book outlines a program of weight-training suitable for any women, irrespective of age or physical condition, to strengthen and tone muscles, and help build/improve bone mass. The exercises look quite straightforward, and only need to be done twice a week. Weights are required, but she has some suggestions on minimising cost.
