This is the best book ever! Well, nearly. I'm really enjoying it. The format's very straightforward and the premise is simply that everything you eat should be doing you good. There is a full explanation of the included foods, such as why they're good for you, also how to choose and prepare it, and a simple recipe incorporating that food. I love it - it's simple, clean food. I bought it through Amazon (something else I really like!!) as it was half the price that I could find it for here. The author, George Mateljan, has done a terrific job researching this 800+ plus page book. There's also a website: www.whfoods.org/
