Tam,
It is just lovely. Tell us again who you made this one for. If I remember it was someone from out of the country? I love the colours and can imagine the lucky recipient is now keeping nice and warm and thinking of sweet YOU right now.

I made it for a young man who showed up on my uncle's doorstep last winter. He is adopted, from Russia, and the family he was living with was having some troubles. Anyway, in the winter he rode his bicycle over to my uncle's farm and asked if he could stay there and sleep in the barn. Of course my aunt and uncle took him right in and he has stayed with them ever since, he has entered high school as a sophmore and is doing very well. (he is 19 years old, speaks pretty good English) He loves riding the bus, and school, getting good grades...I just felt I wanted to make him a quilt. So I thought courduoroy and dark colors would be good for a young man. He likes it!!
