Carolyn has asked me to take this on as she is quite busy now and wants to get it rolling but can't herself due to time constraints. I want to see who is interested in doing a block swap...sewing 1 block for a partner. The block should be 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" (unfinished, which will produce a 12" block with 1/4" seams on all sides when sewn into a quilt or similar item, e.g. a pillow) Your partner will tell you what color she'd like, and you make a quilt block for her. If you are interested in participating, please post here along with how much time you think you'd need to complete a block. TIA!

I am in, and I think a 2-3 week time frame would work well for me. Who else is in?

I am in and that time frame works for me. My colour choices would be lavenders, burgundys or sages.
Oh and not all three colours in the same block. LOL

Sounds good to me, count me in! As for colors, I love burgundy, rose pink, cream.....I'd be thrilled with anything!

I think I can do this one as long as it doesn't have to be a particular pattern and who ever gets mine isn't real picky. I'm not the skilled quilt block maker that some of you ladies are. As for colors, I'm fine with anything and I like being surprised. A week or two would be okay with me and I'm willing to ship internationally.
