I once made a few of these for a school craft stall - we did them as gifts for Mothers, in floral fabrics and included a packet of seeds and trowel in the pocket. We've also done them for cooking in nice sturdy blue and white striped ticking - they looked great. I didn't keep a copy of the pattern though, so thanks for the link Lucie!
