I found these in a magazine hope you like them.
"Takes you breath away" - The site is impossibly steep.
"Absolute privacy" - No-one else was silly enough to build here.
"Sweeping verandahs" - What you'll be doing most of the year.
"Classic charm of bygone era" - Consider rebuilding.
"Previous owners have walked lightly" - There's dry rot in floorboards or burrs in the lawn.
"Wake to the sounds of the bush" - Cockatoos, chainsaws and tractors start at down.
"Watch the waves breaking" - Built on sand.
"Your search is over" - Give it away.
"Won't last long at this price" - Won't last long.
"Once in a lifetime opportunity" - Not something you'd do again.
"Sought after position" - Forget the house.
"Nature lover's dream" - In immdediate need of pest control.
"Uninterrupted views" - Built on cliff.
"Architect designed" - It was always meant to look like this. "Modern magic" - Not quite what it appears to be.
"Potential for vineyard and olives" - Poor sheep country.
"Watch birds and wildlife" - No television reception.
"One for the entertainer" - Not to be taken seriously.
"Take advantage of superb weather" - Leaks when wet.
"Secure fencing" - Adjoins prision for the criminally insane.
"Not built like this any more" - Built prior to safety regulations.
