Would you buy either one of these for your children or grandchildren to wear? This one is sized for a newborn. This one will fit a child.

They sure are cute! Love the beaded one, the colors look great. I notice the baby one looks fluffy, and it's hard to tell in photos, so long as it's not too fluffy. But I'm sure you'd have thought of that already. Good job!

Yes Miss Violet, the baby one is fluffy, it is that new 'fun fur' yarn. I only used it at the top for that reason. The band is just baby yarn, nice and soft. It may fit up to a year old, not sure as I don't know any little kids to try it on. LOL The other one, that was my first time working with beads. LOL I know, I have been crocheting and knitting for years and never tried them before. Now I find out how easy it is, I'll be doing some more. Thanks for your comments Car and Miss Violet!

Okay Jayne, next I will do a boys one. ;D
Girls are really easy to make things for, boys are hard! Have to dig into my stash and see what I have.

Absolutely adorable! I'm such a tightwad, I'd probably try to make my own before buying one.

I like them both. I think that my dd (my fashionista) would like the beaded one best. It has "jewels" I will ask her tomorrow which one she thinks is prettier. See if I'm right lol
